Baking:

It is a compilation of baking recipes submitted by trade me recipe board
posters some years back. (pre 2005)
Right click on the file and download to a suitable directory on your
drive.
Using WinZip, extract the PDF file to a new file in your recipes folder
called "Baking". Double click on the baking.pdf file to open.
You will require acrobat reader
to be installed to be able to read the file.

This file is in a word .doc format.
It is the Weight Watchers Low Fat Crock Pot cooking recipes
Right click on the file and download to a suitable directory in your
drive.
Using WinZip, extract the .DOC file to a new file in your recipes folder
called "WW Crockpot"
Double click on the crockpot.doc file to open.
You will require Microsoft Word or the
Reader
to be installed to be able
to read the file.

create a yellow Icon to click on to view the recipes.

This file is an application file.
It is a compilation of thousands of various recipes and you will be able
to also ADD your own recipes if you wish.
Right click on the file and download to a suitable directory in your
drive.
Using WinZip, extract the file to a new file you have created in your
recipes folder called "Cookware Pro".
Right click on the "CW_PRO" file and send to desk top. This will create
a blue chef Icon to click on to view the recipes.

This file is an application file.
It is a compilation of various herbs and their uses.
Right click on the file and download to a suitable directory in your
drive.
Using WinZip, extract the file to a new file you have created in your
recipes folder called "Herbs".
Right click on the "Herb" file and send to desk top. This will create a
"MSDOS" Icon to click on to view the herbs and information.
(don't be alarmed if your screen goes dark for a moment when opening and
closing this program -- this is normal)
