Quick Kumara Bake Boil your
kumara with a little orange juice in the water. Mash with 1 egg, knob of butter, tin of crushed
pineapple.
Top with a mixture of crushed cornflakes, grated cheese and brown sugar.
Dot with butter and grill in the oven till golden

Roasted Kumara
Cut
into cubes, spray with olive oil and roast/bake with sprinkle of brown sugar and
knobs of butter.

Kumara Bake
Peel and par boil 4-6 Kumara cut into
thick slices. Sauté 1 onion finely chopped, 1 clove garlic crushed
in about 1 tbsp butter. Add 3-4 rashes of chopped bacon
Sprinkle on 3 tbsp chopped parsley. In saucepan put 300mls cream , add 1 dstsp
chicken stock powder and 1 pkt of chicken soup. Warm and stir until thickens.
Pour over kumara and bake at 200 C for approx 15-20mins or until Kumara is
cooked through.

Kumara
Salad
3 - 4 orange kumara
Best Foods mayo 1 red onion.
Peel and cube kumara. Steam till tender. Let cool. Mix with a few
tablespoons mayo and chopped red onion. Let sit for an hour or two
in fridge before serving.
