Pork Mince Loaf
Pre-heat
oven to 170C.
500g pork mince 1 medium onion finely chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored and grated 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried herbs salt
and pepper 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup of
milk. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Press into a loaf tin. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 45 to 60 minutes
or until the juices run clear when tested with a skewer.
