Oven Roast Mushrooms
Wipe your mushrooms with damp cloth and rinse Never put your
mushrooms in water as they will turn soggy. Top your mushrooms stalks Sprinkle a little onion salt and drizzle a
little olive oil inside the heads. Place in oven about 10 mins before
your roast has finished Keep an eye on them oil cooks from the inside
~ don't
overcook Also nice grilled in the oven , sliced and put on hot
buttered toast

Stuffed Mushrooms ~ Deep
Fried Pick large mushrooms from supermarket. Snip out the stalk, fill with pâté of your choice then cover hole
with large chink of camembert cheese. Roll mushroom in beaten egg / and little water, then shake each gently in a plastic bag of
"Coat and Cook" to coat. Deep fry quickly so just firm to
the bite so all stuffing stays in place Variations: Stuff button mushrooms with blue
vein cheese and finely chopped chives. Prepare as above.

Stuffed Mushrooms ~ Oven
Roasted
Pick large mushrooms from supermarket and
snip out the stalk. Make
your stuffing by placing 1 tbsp of butter in a fry pan .Melt and cook
bacon till crispy. Drain. On very low heat, sprinkle a little
breadcrumbs and mix with bacon and then add parsley stirring all the
while. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside to cool..
Mix in some grated tasty cheese. Stuff button mushrooms and place on
oven tray to grill . Keep an eye on them ~ don't overcook .

Stuffed Mushrooms ~
Grilled
Mince up ~ sundried tomatoes pinenuts parmesan
cheese and the storks of the mushrooms. Stuff this mix into the
storkless mushrooms and wrap a rasher of streaky bacon around each one and secure
with a toothpick. Place under grill until the bacon is crisp.
