Oven Roast Mushrooms
Wipe your mushrooms with damp cloth and rinse  Never put your mushrooms in water as they will turn soggy.
Top your  mushrooms stalks  Sprinkle a little onion salt and drizzle a little olive oil inside the heads.
Place in oven about 10 mins before your roast has finished  Keep an eye on them   oil cooks from the inside  ~ don't overcook
Also nice grilled in the oven , sliced and put on hot buttered toast

Pick large mushrooms from supermarket. Snip out the stalk, fill with pâté of your choice then cover hole with large chink of camembert cheese.
Roll mushroom in beaten egg / and little water, then shake each gently in a plastic bag of "Coat and Cook" to coat.
Deep fry quickly so just firm to the bite so all stuffing stays in place
