Parsnip Drops
Serve with boiled rice and
hot brown gravy.
Ingredients:
3 x parsnips 1 x dspn plain flour 1 x
tsp curry powder salt and pepper 3 x eggs, beaten 1
tbsp melted butter Method:
Peel and boil the parsnips and put through a mincer. Add the flour.
curry powder, salt and pepper, butter and well beaten eggs Stir the
mixture well until quite smooth. Drop spoonfuls into very hot butter and
fry until light brown.Turn once.
